When looking for homes she was very knowledgeable. She gave us well informed viewings of homes we were interested in and brought important aspects of each home to our attention, whether they were positive or negative. She is responsive, she knows the area, and it was clear she wanted to make sure that we were happy with our home purchase. We never felt pressured or rushed towards a purchase.

After we decided on the home to buy and our offer was accepted, she was with us every step of the way through the closing process. And of course, she is also very personable and pleasant to work with. If we ever need to buy or sell a home in the area again, we will be giving her a call.

For all the stress that buying house entails, these girls were fabulous! I am a first time home buyer and they were always there for questions and alert to houses I found on my own, quick to get me appointments to see them. Not only that, but Nicole totally understood what I was looking for. When we found “The One” she was deeply excited for me to look around, and gave me space to take it all in. She was always so cheerful and happy to see me, I had no idea the secret she had to keep, not dragging me through it skipping! And we found my house in one week! My closing was atrocious (completely due to the bank) and they even waited, with patience, to be able to be the first to congratulate me! I cannot say enough about them and recommend them to anyone who want their home buying experience to be FUN, while still knowing you’re safe in their experience and knowledge!
